20+ Years | Operator & Investor Focused on Small Business Growth
For over two decades, as an operator and investor, my career has been dedicated to fueling small business growth. I've led, scaled, and supported countless businesses, including running and successfully exiting my own behavioral health business. In just 3 years, we doubled investor capital – driven by strong organic growth and operational efficiency. From developing programs at Google that helped millions of small businesses grow their business online, to guiding strategy at Intuit, and advising small business focused portfolio companies at Bain Capital, I’ve helped businesses succeed in sales, marketing, finance, and operations. As CEO of When I Work, a workforce management platform serving 150,000+ small business workplaces, we expanded our product offering and retooled go-to-market to scale more programmatically.
I'm passionate about seeing small businesses flourish and build lasting legacies – not just survive. I know from experience that with the right strategies and support, they can truly become the cornerstones of our communities and benefit owners, employees, and local areas for generations.
